Hours of Operation

Welcome to the Malahat District Legion at Shawnigan Lake.

Our Lounge is NOW OPEN  6 days a week for members and guests at 11:00am till closing time of 9:00pm Monday through Thursday. 11:00pm (?) on Friday and Saturday and CLOSED SUNDAYS except for special events.

We often stay open as late as 1:00am for dances and other special occasions. If a dance is on...we're open! See the calendar for dates and times.

WEEKEND SUMMER HOURS - Please note that for July and August our Saturday hours are from 1 PM to 8 PM (depending on how busy we are we can stay open later)

The Legion kitchen serves hot and scrumptious lunches Monday through Friday from 11:30 PM to 1:30 PM

Monday Night is our Jam Night starting at 7 PM and open to anyone that plays music and we also have League Darts that night.

Tuesday is League Pool starting at 7 PM - 10 PM 

Wednesday is our Cribbage Night open to anyone that plays starting at 7:00 PM to 10 PM. We also have Fun Darts open to anyone starting at 7:00 PM to 10 PM

Thursday is Open Pool night and open to all who play starting at 7 PM.

Friday evenings (on request), Chicken Wings are served from 5:00pm to 7:30pm.

Saturday Meat Draw starts at 3 PM to 5 PM and Meals are available from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.

Once a month we serve a delicious Sunday Breakfast from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Guests and children are welcome. See the calendar for dates and times. 

We have Pool by donation and Free Wi-Fi Internet Access for your enjoyment.

Our Bar Manager is Linda Filgate
